Super Shizuoka Tea Colour Separator – From Japan
Of these, the Super Shizuoka Electronic Colour Separator, which superseded all machines of its type, has had the most impact on Sri Lanka’s tea manufacture. This machine’s ability to effectively clean teas, minimize damage to leafy grades of tea and retain tips in flowery grades, has done much to assist manufacturers, by enhancing the sale value of their end product at no extra capital investment.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES OF NSF SERIES

- Second rejection will consist of only flaky and semi-brown tea particles which
could be processed separately for off grades.
- Although of high throughput, this model comes in a compact size and takes
much less space than NS series.

Introduction of Ideal Zoom T Series Tea Colour Separator – From South Korea
B C Agrotronics is pleased to introduce Ideal ZOOM T Series Tea Colour Separator from South Korea. Prior to introducing this machine, three trial machines were installed in three factories in Rathnapura District in Sri Lanka, where these machines were tested extensively in order to Enhance the Performance level and also to reduce Trouble shooting.
Our Principles have now developed the latest Ideal ZOOM T Series Tea Colour Separator which is available in different throughput levels to match the customer requirements. We have tested the performance level of this machine, compared to the existing models in Sri Lanka and have found the performance level of this model is far superior to that of existing models, mainly due to the following unique features.
